Registration

Complete the registration form, sign where indicated and date. A copy of physical and birth certificate is required at the time of registration for all boys and girls.   Payment of $35.00 per child for football and cheerleading (maximim $75.00 / family) payable to P.A.Y.A.L. prior to July 1st.  After 7/1/08 registration fees are as follows: $50.00 for one child, $75.00 for two children, and $100.00 for three or more from the same family.

This is a direct result of the great job of the children and parents of P.A.Y.A.L in their fundraising efforts this past year. THANK YOU!!!!

Due to all of their hard work this year we are able to LOWER our rates & pass that savings on to you. We believe that no child should have to miss out on the opportunity to be involved in youth athletics. If you have a hardship, please let a league official know.
